Dairy Craft Online Store Terms and Conditions

I. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Dairy Craft online store available at https://dairycraft.pl ("Store").

1.2. The Store is owned and operated by DAIRY CRAFT Sp. z o.o., registered at Domaniewska Str. 17/19, Warsaw, Poland (VAT ID: PL5214038698, REGON: 526573668) ("Seller").

1.3. A "Customer" may be: a natural person (consumer) with legal capacity, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality.

1.4. By using the Store, the Customer accepts these Terms.

II. Placing Orders

2.1. Orders may be placed 24/7.

2.2. Order process: Select products → Add to cart → Complete the order form.

2.3. The Customer receives an order confirmation email upon submission.

2.4. The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order.

III. Prices and Payment Methods

3.1. All prices are in PLN (including VAT).

3.2. Payment operator: Online payments (instant transfers) are processed by PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24).

3.3. Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard.

3.4. Unpaid orders are canceled after 7 business days.

IV. Delivery and Order Fulfillment

4.1. Delivery is via courier (Poland and EU).

4.2. Shipping costs vary by method (see Store for details).

4.3. Orders are processed within 7 business days after payment confirmation.

4.4. The Customer must inspect the parcel upon delivery. For damages: file a damage report with the courier, notify the Seller immediately.

V. Right of Withdrawal and Complaints

5.1. Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving goods (no reason required).

5.2. To withdraw: Email contact@dairycraft.pl.

5.3. Return shipping is the Customer’s responsibility (unless due to a complaint).

5.4. Refunds: Issued via the original payment method (unless agreed otherwise).

5.5. Complaints (e.g., defective/non-conforming goods): Processed within 14 business days of submission.

VI. Warranty and Product Compliance

6.1. 2-year legal warranty (from purchase date) for non-conforming goods.

6.2. Complaints must be submitted:

6.3. The Seller resolves complaints within 2 years of receipt.

VII. Personal Data Protection

7.1. The Seller is the data controller.

7.3. Customers may access, correct, or request deletion of their data.

VIII. Final Provisions

8.1. These Terms are effective upon publication on the Store’s website.

8.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms (changes will be posted online).

8.3. Unresolved matters are governed by Polish law (Civil Code, Consumer Rights Act).
